BLiPSWiTCH’s Still Life Series

Beginning in 2016, BLiPSWiTCH has presented three distinct iterations of our Still Life concept, interrogating the woman’s place in the home. Primarily through humor, each past Still Life work has explored our relationships to mundane inanimate objects through task-inspired movement. Each work was performed as durational movement installations, conceptualized around a specific room and point in history, with curated set design and original scores.
