Lucy Belmont Wilson loves to help people slow down and feel. With over 20 years of experience teaching movement and mindfulness, she currently works in both private and group settings, guiding somatic and psycho-spiritual practices including embodiment, meditation, self-inquiry, yoga, and strength training. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga, Sex + Death facilitator, and is currently scheduled to complete her Somatic Experiencing® certification in 2026. Outside of her professional life, she loves all things related to music, dance, and crafting, and lives with her husband and two cats in Los Angeles, CA.

As a founding member of BLiPSWiTCH, Lucy often returns to Austin to collaborate and perform with these incredible artists and she is thrilled and honored to have the chance to do so again with this special event.
