Though she describes herself as a contemporary singer-songwriter, Chelsea Pribble's songs contain ethereal vocals and rich orchestral structures with a cinematic flair. She attributes the classical influences in her music to her training in ballet and contemporary dance. Pribble began performing her songs at songwriter competitions hosted by the legendary Cactus Cafe while earning a degree in dance from the University of Texas. In 2017, her song "Howl" was selected as one of the top six desks in the wild during the NPR Tiny Desk Contest. Produced and engineered by Lars Goranssonm, Pribble released her debut EP Second Movement in February 2020 featuring Billy Harvey on guitar and the Tosca String Quartet arranged by Christopher Cox.
